Accomplishments

✔️Current Common Council President

✔️Served on the Parade Memorial Commission, bringing two beautiful memorials to help our community heal, using federal funding and private donations to offset costs to the City

✔️Advocate for CRU (Crisis Response Unit) to embed a mental health professional with our police department to better assist people experiencing a mental health crisis.  This keeps people safer and makes our police department more efficient

✔️Voted to use federal funds for barricades that keep residents safe during community events

✔️Vice President of the Library Board of Trustees and member of the Friends of the Library

✔️Assist constituents access and navigate local government

✔️Work with local business owners to foster a vibrant downtown

✔️Work with local organizations to help our unhoused population

✔️Created an ordinance to limit the number of chickens may keep to help keep our community healthy and clean

✔️Strengthened ordinances related to rat harborages to address the rodent population
